Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through the Entrospectives website. A valid card is required to hold and confirm your session time. Payment Method Clients may choose to pay in cash at the session or via card. The card on file will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the policy below. Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 12 hours of the session start time will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals will not result in extended session time, and sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. Agreement By booking a session with Entrospectives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
